WEBINAR held on 28 January, 15.00 CET

Leading From Wholeness

We live in systems that wound by rewarding urgency, productivity, saviourism, and extraction, often at the expense of our bodies, relationships, and communities. What if we could heal those wounds?

Join us for a 90-minute introduction to healing-centred leadership, exploring the Healing-Centred Iceberg, nervous system literacy, kapwa, and regenerative, decolonized ways of leading.

Who is this for?

This webinar is for anyone who leads, holds space, facilitates, organizes, mentors, teaches, or guides others — especially those feeling the strain of trauma-led systems.

This space is for you if your body has been whispering for a different way of leading, one that feels slower, kinder, more relational, and more aligned with your essence.

What it's about...

Many leaders are carrying invisible fractures: unprocessed urgency, inherited trauma, internalized oppression, and grief that never had room to breathe.
We introduce the Healing-Centered Iceberg, a framework that reveals the unseen forces beneath our behaviours: our neurobiology, narratives, cultural inheritances, emotional landscapes, and essential needs. We also look at Filipino psychology concepts like kapwa (shared humanity) and pakikiramdam (deep attunement) as leadership values that support relational and collective wellbeing.
