For healers, educators, changemakers, and seekers who sense that personal healing and Earth healing are one. No prior experience required — just openness to explore body, breath, and feeling.

Format

The course consists of seven self-paced modules, each representing a layer of the inner Earth. The modules combine video lessons, guided meditations, and reflective exercises.

This course blends emotional ecology, the triangle of change, and embodied medicine to help participants rediscover their regenerative nature. It’s both a self-healing pathway and an exploration of how new futures are born from the soil of self-awareness.
