Introducing
Lead to Learn

Imagine a 'learning organisation': one where experience, individual and collective, is routinely transformed into new insights and behaviour.

Lead to Learn is a method that has been designed with just that in mind, building on experience from many participants in many countries.

Who is this for?

It's for you if you are the leader of any group that faces a need for increased creativity and flexibility.

Sneak peek

We explore the basic methodology of Learning for Change, and how it is applied in some workplaces to enable staff to learn effectively, both from themselves and from each other, and consistently raise ambition levels by integrating individual and collective experience.

When and where

This webinar is offered regularly online; or to suit you. Upcoming:

7 October, 12.30-14.00

Why do we need this?

Why is leadership needed in order to stimulate organisational learning?
- Many common leadership practices tend to stifle rather than nourish learning.
- There is often a tendency to promote competition, reducing capacity for mutual learning.
It doesn't have to be that way!

There's also an online course

An online course will shortly be announced.  It will consist of six online sessions, with opportunities to try new methods between sessions.
